Who we are:
At Island4Kids daycare, we provide a warm and welcoming space where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore the world. Our team is dedicated to fostering growth, creativity, and joy in every child’s day. We take care of children aged 6 months to 6 years.

What we’re looking for:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and qualified FaBe who speaks fluent English (German is a bonus!) to join us on a 70% basis.

Your role will include:
• Nurturing and caring for children in a loving and professional manner.
• Organizing exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and learning.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children, parents, and colleagues.
• Being a part of a fun and collaborative team that values your ideas and creativity.

What you bring to the table:
• Completed FaBe (Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung) training or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English and a love for working in a diverse environment.
• A warm, positive, and team-oriented personality.
• A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive.
